Eh Spy-see meed-boll!

I wasn't hungry before I looked at this picture and now I'm just craving some spaghetti and meatballs! So I'll skip right to it so I can go make my own.

Ingredients: (Feeds 3-4)

1lb ground beef
1.5-2 tbs Adobo
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 an onion, diced
1/4-1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 full jar pasta sauce, (flavor of your choice)

Directions"

With your hands knead beef, adobo, Italian seasoning and breadcrumbs, oregano, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Once the ingredients are well blended, begging forming round meatballs preferably in a small 1 ounce size (cooks faster) or maximum of 4 ounces if you're not in a hurry.

Begin placing the formed meatballs in a pot of atleast 4 quarts. Once the bottom of the pot is covered, pour a small layer of sauce over the meatballs and layer more on top. Once you're done layering the meatballs, pour the rest of the pasta sauce over the meatballs. Turn the stove on to medium-medium high heat and place a lid on the pot.

Check occasionally, turning the meatballs in order to cook the meatballs evenly. Once the meat is browned, and the sauce is boiling, you can make sure the meatballs are fully cooked by cutting one in half (again NO pink).
